What inspired you accept this elected position ? Diceglie : I ran for public office because I wanted to play my part in being a champion for small businesses . I have been heavily involved in my Pinellas County community for several years , and I wanted to represent the district , where I ’ m raising a family , running a business and have called home for 25 years . It ’ s an honor of a lifetime to serve in the Florida House of Representatives .
What was your first job ? Diceglie : First job was working during the summer on a garbage truck with my dad in New York City .

What is your favorite movie ? Diceglie : The Godfather
What is your business philosophy ? Diceglie : Business philosophy is to work hard and treat people with respect .
What are your hobbies or interests outside of work ? Diceglie : I love to run , fish , golf , and cook Sunday Italian dinners .
If you could have dinner with anyone , living or deceased , who would it be and why ? Diceglie : I would have dinner with my dad who passed away when I was 22 . I never had a father-son conversation with him as the man I have become today .
Do you have any pets ? Diceglie : We have a dog named Lucky .
What is your favorite college or pro team ? Diceglie : I am a die-hard Mets fan .
What was the first car you drove ? Diceglie : First car was a Pontiac Grand Prix .
