Each year the fishing tournament committee solicits members and companies affiliated with the underground utility industry to assist with sponsoring this event . Sponsors help with the cost of providing an affordable tournament for members and guests . Sponsors are acknowledged throughout the weekend , at the reception and awards dinner . You will receive recognition in the NUCA of SWFL newsletter & website , NUCA FL Ditchmen and listed on overhead signs and table signs .

** NEW SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY - DIAMOND SPONSOR Sponsor will have a dedicated banner displayed at the marina during the event weekend which includes at the weigh-in . Diamond Sponsor will also include ( 1 ) free guest registration .
PARTICIPANTS IN THE NUCA OF SWFL ANNUAL FISHING TOURNAMENT ENTER AT THEIR OWN RISK . OFFICIALS , COMMITTEE MEMBERS , SOUTH SEAS RESORT PERSONNEL , AND ALL PERSONS CONNECTED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH SOUTHWEST FLORIDA UTILITY CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION D / B / A NUCA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA , SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS , DAMAGE , NEGLIGENCE , HARM OR INJURY SUFFERED BY ANY PARTICIPANT , ENTRANT , SPORT FISHERMAN , THEIR COMPANIONS , BOAT CAPTAINS , AND CREW MEMBERS , VESSELS AND EQUIPMENT , WHICH MAY OCCUR DURING THIS TOURNAMENT .
