Cancellation / refund requests must be made no later than 09 / 17 / 21 , if requests are not made by 09 / 17 / 21 the registrant is responsible for the entirety of the registration fee . Any cancellation / refund request received after 09 / 17 / 21 due to an extenuating circumstance will be reviewed by the Fishing Tournament Committee .
