Can you briefly tell us about your professional background ? PASSIDOMO : After graduating from Stetson University College of Law , my husband John and I moved to Naples in 1979 to begin our careers . I practice real estate and business law and was a member of the first group of attorneys in the State who obtained certification in this field . I am a partner in the law firm , Kelly , Passidomo & Alba LLP .
What inspired you to run for office ? PASSIDOMO : After being involved in many local civic , professional and charitable organizations in my community over the years I decided to take my passion for service to another level and run for public office in 2010 . My daughters were off to school and I became an “ empty nester .” My law practice that had been hectic , fast-paced and nonstop for 30 years began
