What inspired you accept this elected position ? Payne : I have always had a passion for serving my community and was convinced to take the next step and run for office by local business leaders and former Representatives .
What is your educational background ? Payne : I graduated from Jacksonville University with a BA and received my MBA from Nova Southeastern University .
What was your first job ? Payne : Construction
What is your favorite travel location ? Payne : Hawaii
What is your business philosophy ? Payne : “ No ” is a default , find a way to get it done .
If you could have dinner with anyone , living or deceased , who would it be and why ? Payne : My parents , both of them have passed and I would love to have dinner with them one more time .
