prevention and enforcement.

Energy & Utilities Subcommittee and H.
Government Operations & Technology
Appropriations Subcommittee and
moves next to Commerce Committee.
The companion, SB 1464 sailed thru
Infrastructure & Security and goes next
to Banking & Insurance.
The NUCA of Florida lobbying team
has been meeting with the bill sponsors
and have testified to try to get the
$2500 fee reduced to $1500; require a
percentage of the citations go towards
damage prevention education and to
require that anyone who serves on the
advisory board does not also sit on the
Sunshine 811 Board of Directors.
