Enrollment Information
• 3 year-old preschoolers must be 3 on or before September 1 , 2022 .
• 4 year-old preschoolers must be 4 on or before September 1 , 2022 .

Applications received after August 12 will experience a delayed start date due to processing times
• Children must be independent with toileting , without the use of a pull-up or diaper .
• Immunizations must be up to date before entering preschool .
• Children ages 3 – 5 years must be scheduled for an appointment for a free early childhood screening . Call 651-702-8468 to schedule your child ’ s screening .
• Government issued documentation of your child ’ s birthdate ( birth certificate ) is required .
