Enrollment Information
Registration Information
• Children must be three or four on or
before September 1, 2020.
• Children must be independent with
toileting, without the use of a pull-up
or diaper.
• Monthly preschool tuition payments
are based on a yearly tuition divided
into 9 equal payments. The first and
last month’s tuition payments are
due by September 1, 2020.
• Remaining tuition payments are
due on the first of each month from
October through April. Late fees will
be added to past due accounts.
Immunizations
Your child’s immunizations must be up
to date before entering preschool.
Prior to Attending Preschool
Children ages 3–5 years must be
scheduled for an appointment for a
free early childhood and development
screening. Call 651-702-8468 to
schedule your child’s screening.
To Register:
• Use a separate registration form for
each child.
• Complete the registration form
online or on paper. Once your
registration form has been received,
an enrollment packet will be mailed
to you. Your child will not be placed
in a class until the entire enrollment
packet including immunizations and
birth certificate are received.

Enrollment in
District 622 Preschool
After completing the registration you
will receive enrollment forms. Submit
the forms and the following requested
materials to the Preschool Enrollment
Office at Beaver Lake Center.
• Government issued
documentation of your child’s
birthdate is required.
• Immunizations must be current.
• Early Childhood Screening must
be completed or an appointment
