Unless the legislature takes action to extend this funding into 2019–20, the only preschool locations that will be free for all 4 year olds within their school attendance areas will be Richardson Elementary and Webster Elementary. All other schools will utilize the sliding fee scale on page 6, which provides reduced fee or free preschool to families who qualify.
