Extreme Robotics : EV 3 Battle Bots
A new class with new builds and challenges ! Combining the versatility of the LEGO building system and the Mindstorms EV3 ( the most sophisticated microcomputer brick ever made by LEGO ), students will work in teams to construct fun LEGO models , experiment with programs and compete in robotic challenges . Designed by the experts at MIT , the LEGO WEDO Robotics system teaches students about simple machines , engineering , programming and teamwork in an environment full of galactic fun ! Working in pairs , students will build LEGO Star Wars and space-inspired robots featuring motors , tilt sensors , motion detectors and USB robotics hub .
