You will be using some really rich and creamy paints to have a lot of textures , interesting effects ( some almost like acrylic pouring ) and 3-D effects . Did you know that hand embroidery has been practiced around the world for centuries and includes over 300 different stitches ? Join us for this introductory class where you ’ ll learn 10 basic stitches including the Running , Back , Chain , and Blanket stitch , a French Knot , and more . Beginning Soap Making
Come and make some homemade soap . Make your own crafted soaps , and get exactly what you want . You will learn the cold process of making soap . At the end of class , you will have a completely handmade batch of 6-8 bars of soap , which will take four weeks to “ cure ” before you can use it ! Spring Birch Tree Fused Glass Plate or Wall Hanging
Create an amazing 6-inch square fused glass birch tree themed plate or wall hanging using glass frit , glass chips and glass blanks . You will use colored glass as your background and add a spring scene . No experience needed . After class , the plates will be fused and slumped .
