Well then, 30 issues of Distorted Sound. Each month we have strived to bring you what
we believe are the best bands in heavy music that warrant your attention. From the
heavy hitters to the next big thing, it’s always a blast covering some truly wonderful
bands and this month’s issue features one of the biggest bands of the modern age
of metal; TRIVIUM. The band grace our cover for the second time this year, a
Distorted Sound first, as we unveil their smashing new album! Also featured in this
month’s stacked issue is the expansive and excellent NE OBLIVISCARIS who return
with their best album of their career, the new supergroup that is SONS OF APOLLO
whilst ACT OF DEFIANCE shrug off expectations with ease with their ripping new
album! With the end of the year rapidly approaching I’ll be the first to admit that I
thought we’d hear all the best albums of the year but THE GREAT DISCORD have
delivered this month with one of the best albums of the year by a mile and we have a
massive feature with Fia who reveals all! That, and the return of WINDS OF PLAGUE,
SAVAGE MESSIAH and CITIZEN is the icing on the cake. All that and much more, so
