Leeza Ali was Minnesota ’ s Distinguished Young Woman in 2011 . She graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology . She also studied music and composition at the Yale School of Music and is a nationally recognized pianist and composer .
Leeza has performed on several nationally broadcast TV ( PBS ) & Radio ( NPR ) programs and has been featured as a soloist at Carnegie Hall . Leeza has worked at 3M for the past 4 years and loves being a part of this innovative company . Outside of work , Leeza continues to write and perform music for local and national events and programs . Leeza and her husband , Brett , recently moved into their first home in Woodbury , MN , and are happy to face this next chapter in their lives together .
