Head to the famous Monteverde region, about 90 minutes from the pier, to the beautiful property of Sky Adventures. Board the Sky Tram, an aerial tramway with an open-air gondola, where you ' ll rise smoothly through the forest and enjoy endless views during the mountainous ascent. On the ride, you will be able to admire distinctive flora and fauna that might be only spotted from above. Once your Sky Tram gondola reaches the top, you will arrive at a wide observation platform on the highest point of the reserve, where you can enjoy a fascinating nature walk along a 900-foot-long trail into the primary rainforest. After lunch in a local restaurant, you will visit Puntarenas City, the largest city in the Central Pacific, before returning to the pier.
