As illustrated above, the chart includes the key recycling targets across Mainland UK. It identifies how Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have clear aim and objectives broken down into
potential targets covering the further thirteen years into the future. Whereby in comparison to
England, there is a clear aim, with no future objectives. No aim can be achieved without milestones created for the country to develop a step by step motion.
