THE FOUNDER
PASCAL FRESE
Cosmesi International Pascal was founded
in 1978 by the "Master" Pascal Frese, one of
the most important Italian Make Up Artists.
His philosophy of make-up was based on
the belief that every woman has her own
natural beauty which, through the make-up,
needs only to be enhanced to manifest itself
thoroughly.
Thus, a "personalisation" rather than "tran-
sformation" make-up.
From this concept, the unique "Personalized
Corrective Makeup" technique was created,
together with its first line of products.
This belief is still at the foundation of our
practice today, in the Research & Deve-
lopment Department of Cosmesi Internatio-
nal Pascal.
