In July , O . A . T . was named the # 2 “ Best Intimate-ship Ocean Cruise Line ” in the Travel + Leisure 2022 World ’ s Best Awards . This category is a new classification designed to honor the smallest oceangoing vessels , recognizing ships with fewer than 150 cabins . Individual cruise ships are rated by Travel + Leisure readers on their cabins and facilities , food , service , itineraries and destinations , excursions and activities , and value .
