Discovery Place Education Studio is a professional
development program serving Pre K - 12 educators and
administrators from schools, museums, science centers, zoos
and aquariums. Experience a fun-filled and immersive training
course designed to enhance your teaching ability and broaden
your depth of science knowledge.
Uniquely located adjacent to Discovery Place in uptown
Charlotte, the Education Studio provides ongoing and
personalized opportunities for educator development in
science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) with a goal
of advancing student and teacher attitudes and achievements.
Courses start at only $20 and include topics such as:
Engineering Alternative Energy
Build Your Own 3D Printer
Classroom Gardening
Sea Turtle Trek
