C.We must get free of earthly things so by the Holy Spirit we can bind hindrances to God’s Purposes! We must live close to God to experience Awesome! Matt. 18:18-19 “Whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven…If two of you agree on earth about Anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.” This agreement is far more than a Math equation, it is Revelation principle! Numerous times in Revelation it says “The Spirit and the Bride”…(1) Holy Spirit power and (2) Surrendered, Expectant believers who Rev. 12:10 overcome Satan “by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.” Furthermore…

D.We must get ready for God to do Something Awesome by acting on a Godly conscience, conviction and confession. We set the atmosphere by our faith and speech to receive. In Mark 11:23-24 Jesus said “Whoever SAYS to this mountain of circumstances, be taken up and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him! All things which you pray and ask, BELIEVE that you HAVE RECEIVED THEM, and they will be granted you.” The Power behind our prayers isn’t the words we speak, but our decreeing/partnering with God’s Will and Creative Power of His Word! God calls things into existence, not us--we call things into order! So persist in Faith, speak God’s Word and “command every cell of the body or circumstance to align with the will/purpose of God”.

Jesus wouldn’t have told us to bind earthly things and expect spiritual deliverance of devils, if He hadn’t first given us the authority and ability to do it. He wouldn’t tell us to expect the sick to be healed, if He hadn’t first given us the power and authority to do it. He wouldn’t have told us to expect open heavens of finance, if He didn’t want us to enjoy His provision with return (Luke 6:38) “pressed down, running over, shaken together and poured into our lap”. But secondly…

II. TO GET READY FOR SOMETHING AWESOME, ALLOW THE HOLY SPIRIT TO HELP YOU IN PRAYER

A. The Bible Speaks of the Benefit of Prayer in the Spirit in order to know God’s Will and Get Something Awesome. When an anointing of the Spirit comes upon a Spirit-filled believer to initiate, prompt, and direct his prayers, this is called “Praying in the Spirit”. Rom. 8:26-27 says, “the Spirit helps us in our weaknesses; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God”. This effective prayer and language to heaven is the Holy Spirit’s help in prayer.

1. He “searches our hearts.” As we pray in the Spirit, the Holy Spirit will search the motives of our hearts and purify us through His sanctifying power (Rom. 8:1-8).

2. He helps us because the Spirit “knows the thoughts of a man and the thoughts of God.” The Spirit of God knows perfectly the mind and will of God in any given matter (1 Cor. 2:11). Thua the prayer the Spirit prays thru us is in accordance with God’s perfect will and causes an Awesome Divine reaction!

SPIRITUALITY AND FAITH
