WHAT GOD HAS PUTS TOGETHER
Yes, it's hard out there in this world of financial challenges, immoral choices, and anti-Christ beliefs surfacing from every corner of the earth. But let's groom our children to become respect-filled men and women who will then be exalted in due time according to 1 Peter 5:5, 6. And since God is still on the throne and His Word doesn't change, let us all turn back to His principles that will help us live lives free of useless and unfavorable consequences for our families and us. "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up," (James 4:10).
church where women seek their own soulful healing because of divorce, illegitimacy or past sins, they often overlook the need to teach their children the value of honor and respect. Instead, women are disgruntled and bitter because they must take on the role of breadwinner and nurturer. Hurting mothers then negatively influence their children's attitudes toward any authoritative figure -- male or female.
Mothers are not aware or forget that their children soak in the angry emotions and bitter words that carelessly flow from their tongues. Often, the anger stems from and is spoken about the absent fathers, and then disrespect culminates into other realms of authority. The single parent - woman, is stressed. She then fights everything, or everyone that she perceives is fighting her. She fights the utility companies, the police officer, the teachers, or even the Pastor of her church. And all the while, her children are observing the disrespect and ill regard of their mother's disdain on these authority figures, which by the way, are usually men. Would you please read 1 Peter 2:13, 14, and 17? This is why I am especially addressing the women at this time because of the unfortunate imbalance of single parent-female households.
Mothers and women that perpetually criticize the male species are setting themselves and their children up for disaster. But married or single-parent women who choose to honor men in their realm of authority can use this act to panoramically influence attitudes and behaviors of many in their inner circle.
