This next dinner theater is Medieval Times at 2001 North Roselle Rd. in Schaumburg, Illinois. Watch knights on horseback re-enact an 11th century tournament complete with jousting matches and sword fights while feasting on a four-course banquet at the castle of King Alfonso the Magnificent.
