Greetings everyone,
Can you believe it? It is that time again. I can vividly remember the preparation and all the hard work it took to get ready for our 1st WOW Event. Although it was a bit nerve wrecking, it was also very rewarding too. Yes, that day came and went and shortly afterwards, our team starting the process of planning all over again. So here we are—in just a few short weeks, I will stand in front of a crowd with some of the same faces gazing at me and some new faces that I have never seen before. We all will be there for one common objective to celebrate another year of being a phenomenal small organization that is touching the lives of others in a big way.
On Saturday, October 21 at 12:00pm, I and my guests will be in attendance at the beautiful Burton Manor celebrating the 2nd annual WOW Event. It is going to be bigger and better this time around and I am anticipating that everyone who attends will leave saying, “WOW!” That is my aim, to bring it on and make everyone there leave with a new perspective, refreshed, inspired and renewed and of course, a little entertainment will also bring on a smile. As I am sitting at my computer typing these words, I am visualizing how I want the program to flow and what kind of response we will receive from our audience. Of course, we are still in the planning stages, but I do have an idea of what I want and how I want it to flow on that wonderful, much awaited day.
All the players for the event are also waiting with anticipation. For many of them, it will be their first time being a part of our “WOW’. They were honored when I asked them to participate and without hesitation, they were in. Ms. Minito Reasor will be one of our guest speakers, whose mission is to transform the lives of others through transforming their mindsets and letting go of the past. Ms.
Shiela Shoppz will be our fashion show coordinator who is a successful fashion and beauty consultant in her own right, Mr. Reggie Swinton, a phenomenal music mixer and whose unique style has won him much acclaim in the music industry and Ms. Marisa Turner, international gospel artist who will dazzle our audience with her poised yet charismatic style as our MC. Oh, let’s not forget our vendors; please let’s not forget the vendors. They come with unique products that are beautiful, functional, practical, unique and affordable. They know what our audience likes and they will provide it for them. Even our information vendors will give you something to not only put in your hand, but promote change and success in your lives.
Yes, I am excited and I want you to get excited too. The special edition is bringing you the highlights of last year’s event and giving the players that will be blow you away in this event. I am awaiting your arrival and look forward to seeing you walk through the door for a day of excitement and transformation. Don’t bring anything that is going to weigh you down, just your purse and wallet to purchase some great products and a mindset to enjoy the entertainment and speakers. Leave all your cares at home, and whatever you think you is bothering you that day, don’t sweat it. Let your mind rest and your heart beat for one of the best days of your live as you enjoy “The WOW Event” and ……Discover Your Own Uniqueness.
