WHAT GOD HAS PUTS TOGETHER
THE MISSION OF

Most people get married because they find someone they believe they can live with and tolerate for some length of time. Yes, they may try to indicate that their intentions are based on love. For the most part, I believe many couples are together because they want to fulfill an objective; be it finding someone who will take care of them, someone who can fulfill their sexual needs, maybe it is for financial gain, or maybe it is just because they do not want to spend the rest of their lives alone. Whatever the reason people have for getting married, we should understand and put into practice the mission that God has given everyone who decides to embark down this threshold of marriage.
In the beginning, when God created man (Adam), he was a complete and whole individual who did not realize that he needed a companion (Genesis 2: 15 - 17). He was content and he was extremely busy. He was responsible for

God is the one who noticed that everything He created had a companion and something to procreate with; Adam on the other hand was alone in that respect. God said, "It is not good for man to be alone", therefore He made a helpmate suitable for the man(Genesis 2: 18 - 25). He created a human being from the man and called it a woman, a man with the ability to carry, nurture, and provide substance to another like himself, a man with a womb. In doing so, God put in motion the mission for what we call, "marriage".
Marriage is intended to bring forth life, nurture that life, and provide substance for it. It is through the institution of marriage that a man and woman come together to procreate; thus beginning and establishing our families, communities, and our societies. Through
