You will find that sometimes more than one entertainer shares the same theater. The Hughes Brothers Christmas Show is popular. Offering some of Branson’s best vocals, instrumentals, dance, and humor, the Hughes Brothers Christmas Show features a holiday performance filled with festive surprises and holiday traditions at the Hughes Brothers Theater. Guests can enjoy Christmas carols, a visit from Santa, and a “reason for the season” that is filled with music and joy the whole family can enjoy.
This next show should get you in the holiday spirits and that is Christmas Wonderland. Performed in the city’s beloved King’s Castle Theater, Branson's Christmas Wonderland is a fast-paced holiday extravaganza with candy-striped costumes, upbeat choreography, stunning production numbers, and the highest-kicking chorus line in Branson. This show features dazzling costumes, hilarious comedy, and a high-energy production that is sure to put you in the holiday spirit! journey through thousands of twinkling lights, a tree lot maze, oversized candy canes, falling snow, and a 200-foot trip to the top of the “North Pole” — also known as Inspiration Tower and the area’s tallest Christmas tree, and the Trail of Lights drive-through display. Also, there is A Shepherds Christmas Carol Dinner Show which puts an original twist on a Charles Dickens classic tale. Enjoy a scrumptious turkey dinner with all the trimmings and laugh along with beloved characters from The Shepherd of the Hills.
Now, in early December they have the annual Christmas Parade in Downtown Branson Sun., Dec. 3, 2023, at 5 p.m. It begins with the annual lighting of the largest area nativity scene overlooking Lake Taneycomo at dusk and culminates with a community gathering like no other.
Celebrating the non-commercial, true meaning of Christmas, the parade features performances by local high school marching bands, a variety of floats created by community organizations from several states, and an appearance from St. Nick himself.
These next shows are 100 percent Christmas shows, whereas some other shows are partial holiday themes. This first one is the Andy Williams Christmas Show.
