Father God,
I repent of my sin and allowing the madness around me. I want Jesus to come into my life to free me of my past, pain and problems! Today I want to shift my mindset off what is wrong to what you can do! I want stability and gladness that comes to those who trust you with all their life. From this day on I choose to get in your church, read the Bible, pray and praise you like crazy to overcome what is crazy around me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen!
what Phil. 4:6-7 says, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with THANKSGIVING, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus!” Set your mind on things above and intentionally decide to trust God instead of letting emotions control your reactions! One of the greatest Gladness techniques we can do is to cooperate with God to become stable through the power of the Holy Spirit! You are called to Gladness and to do something great and…stability releases ability! The Holy Spirit of Gladness wants to live in us.
C. Gladness comes when you shift mindset off what is wrong to what God can do. I read an article this week on the subject “You can train your brain to Feel Happier”. Shift your mindset toward God being in control, rather than you or passing circumstances. Find humor in daily life and laugh more. Get outside more and celebrate God and nature. Reframe negative gladness by practicing daily gratitude to rewire your brain for positivity. Appreciate neutral or peaceful moments, cultivating contentment and trust in God, choosing to value positive experiences. Paul advises in Phil. 4:5 & 8 “Rejoice in the Lord always, again I will say rejoice…Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything is worthy of GLADNESS and praise, DWELL on these things!” Now if you are serious like I am to have God move you from Madness to Gladness, pray this out loud to God…
