(BPT) - Roll out the red carpet, grab your Easter treats and tune in to NBC this Easter Sunday to see the stars of Hollywood and the stars of the dog world come together for the third annual "Beverly Hills Dog Show Presented by Purina." Like the National Dog Show Presented by Purina that airs on Thanksgiving, the Beverly Hills Dog Show Presented by Purina is another great example of Purina and NBC teaming up to bring family-friendly entertainment options to TV around the holidays and building lasting family traditions. This year's show will feature 1,500 dogs representing 200 eligible breeds - all facing off for the coveted 2019 Best-in-Show title!
While viewers will see some amazing pups, the Beverly Hills Dog Show Presented by Purina is unlike any other dog show in that it will feature some of Hollywood's most famous faces and pet lovers, including "Extra" host Mario Lopez, "High School Musical" actress Ashley Tisdale, three-time gold-medalist Shaun White, "American Ninja Warrior" co-host Akbar Gbajabiamila, "Manifest" stars Parveen Kaur, Melissa Roxburgh and J.R. Ramirez, Triple Crown-winning jockeys Victor Espinoza and Mike Smith and more - all cheering on their favorite breeds ringside as the dogs strut their stuff.
