FROM
THE EDITOR'S
DESK
Well, we are well into summer and the weather has been extremely hot and humid, but it has not interfered with the enthusiasm and commitment those who are participating in our summer youth program has for the STEP UP program. We have just completed our fifth week and we are going strong. Our participants are attentive and excited, and they are learning information that many adults who have been running a business haven’t learned yet. In fact, I am still learning new things about running my non-profit. We have five more weeks and I am looking forward to all of the information that will be presented in those five weeks. This year we have had the pleasure of working with brand new instructors and some returning staff, but nevertheless, we are getting the job done.
In this issue, we will be featuring an article on the highlights of Shipshewana, Indiana. My sister, Diana Gardner and I, took a trip through Bianca Tours to Shipshewana, Indiana. We know that you will enjoy the pictures and the information about Shipshewana.
This issue will also be bringing you some great advice, information, and inspiration for your reading pleasure. Don’t skip any articles. Make sure you read each one. Also, check out the recipes this month. And as always, we are still looking for writers for the magazine, featured articles, advertisers and sponsors. We want to continue bringing our readers the quality that you look forward to every month. Our staff and writers are committed to giving you their best material and we hope you look forward to reading it as you Discover ......Your Own Uniqueness! Be Blessed!!!
Sincerely,
