plus years, except now it has electricity and paved streets, except for East Allen Street. This place can be an all-day attraction with so many things to see and do. This place is like stepping back in time with so many original buildings! Some of the buildings you will see there are the 1881 Bird Cage Theater, OK Corral, Oriental Saloon, Boothill Graveyard and the 1882 Courthouse, just to name a few of the many landmarks. A few top things to do if you love the history of this town is to take a walking tour, it’s worth every penny, and also, take a narrated stage coach ride to get the full experience they had back in the 1800’s.

In this town they even have places for lodging, if you wish to spend the night. There are accommodations inside the city limits of this small town of Tombstone, some of which are in the heart of the city in some of the original buildings. Now that’s getting the full western experience!

While you’re in Tombstone, if you spend the night there, the town of Bisbee is south of Tombstone and it’s a nice side trip, which has a lot of western flavor, near the Mexico border. The next place

I’ve also been to is the western town of Rawhide. This place is located in the city of Chandler. This is a replica of an 1800’s western town, which is a western theme attraction with gun fights on the streets, stunt shows, stagecoach rides, train rides, burro rides, steak house and saloon, live music and so much more. This place is a FREE attraction. One last thing about this place, my brother and my best friend went over to the sheriff’s office while I was doing something else. Come to find out, you can pay to have someone arrested and put in jail. They paid to have me handcuffed, and I was taken away to jail where after a short time, I was finally released, and I then had my picture taken with the town sheriff while behind bars. Here is a list of some other western themed attractions there in Arizona.

This first one I made mention of is the city of Bisbee, which has a mining and historical museum, also Fort Bowie National Historic Site, Goldfield Ghost Town in the city of Apache Junction, the city of Jerome, the city of Prescott, and many more I could list, just google western attractions in Arizona. Have fun and bring a camera!
