(BPT) - Did you know that spending extended time hunched over your phone can take a serious toll on your neck? Commonly referred to as 'tech neck' or 'text neck,' this habit can lead to the appearance of deep lines, wrinkles and even sagging skin on your neck. The delicate skin on your neck is particularly prone to showing signs of aging prematurely - and constant hunching only accelerates the process.
