VACATION AND TRAVEL

on the menu they ate back in 1912. This sounds like fun to me! Call for all details and check out their website to get all information.

If you want to do something that is equally as fun to do, but different; then you might want to take in a dinner theater, which is similar to the Titanic Gala dinner. They have four venues for dinner shows, one being, “Medieval Times, Pirate’s Dinner Adventure, The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show, and Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show.” You will find that during the month of January, they have limited shows at some of these venues. Investigate ahead of time before you go!

Being in Orlando you are very near the ocean and they have some of the best beaches to go too. Plus, the Hotel/Motels are very nice in this entire area making it confusing to choose where to stay. Always check reviews before you book because it may look good on the outside, but the inside may not be what you

expected. I have experience this first hand! There are also some inland lakes

and nature preserves to check out, a drive-in theater in nearby Lakeland, a scenic boat tour in nearby Winterset that is smaller in size for only $14 dollars a cruise but this is only on a large pontoon boat that has very great reviews, and so much more that this entire area offers.

If you wish to be outside and experience a larger size boat, then go over to Lake Monroe which is located in “Historic Downtown Sanford” north of Orlando, which is docked on Marina Island, and book a lunch or dinner cruise on this sternwheeler boat called, “The Barbara- Lee.” Parking is FREE!

This five-story riverboat accommodates up to 194 guests, making it ideally suited to host events of varying sizes. Plus, all enclosed decks are climate controlled with air conditioning and heating. There is also live entertainment on board and the cruise is also narrated. There is a multi-course meal served on every cruise and reservations are required.
