Entrepreneurship encouraged students to think creatively and consider the possibilities of business ownership. Artificial intelligence introduced them to rapidly developing technology. Life-skills activities focused on personal growth and decision-making, while sports and recreational activities encouraged teamwork, confidence, and healthy competition.
But learning did not stop when students left the classroom.
Adventure Was Part of the Curriculum
The Discover WORKS students enjoyed an exciting schedule of field trips that transformed the summer into one adventure after another.
Our youth explored Belle Isle, enjoyed games and entertainment at Main Event,
