ABOUT RAYLONDA, CEO AND FOUNDER OF DIVAS DIAMONDS

Raylonda McClinton is a passionate Life Coach, Real Estate Investor/Developer for eight years, the founder and CEO of Shining Diamond Real Estate LLC and D.I.V.A.S (Diamonds Inspiring Virtue and Success), her nonprofit organization, and currently the director of Faith Xperience Church Outreach Ministry. In addition to these positions, Raylonda is also a hairstylist whose been in the business for over thirty years. She is better known as the (Change Agent). An agent that was born to make a change. Raylonda is a mentor for women from all around the world and has a heart to serve others. Aside from all of this, Raylonda is also a single mom with a handsome son who has to be very proud of her. As a single mom, God blessed her to put her son through college and he graduated last year with a bachlors' degree. Raylonda received her

minister’s license. through Word of Faith International Christian Center, Presently, she attends Faith Xperience Church.

Raylonda started her first nonprofit organization in 2016 called DIVAS, which stands for "Diamonds Inspiring Virtue and Success". DIVAS are women from all walks of life who come together to strengthen, encourage, educate, equip, empower, entrepreneurship, virtue, and success into the Women of God. DIVAS mission is to connect opportunities to be a blessing throughout the communities. Raylonda knows her purpose: to help women walk towards God's plan and purpose for them. Since DIVAS was created, Raylonda has had nine Women Empowerments and has taken it out of state.

Raylonda’s goal is to have DIVAS Chapters all around the world and one day own several subdivisions. Part of her goal is to help as many single mothers become homeowners by creating a safe environment for them and their kids, helping them with the resources and tools to be able to purchase a home and have the skills, knowledge, and income to keep it. The motto Raylonda lives by is “Don’t be part of the problem but be part of the solution.”
