your foot from evil.”
Life is too short for the Church to be against each other! We get into disagreements with each other, leave the physical church, and ultimately leave God for the smallest yet mightiest issues -- gossip, preference of music, small difference in theology, and the time of service are just a few reasons individuals leave the community of God. If your purpose on this earth is the serve and grow the kingdom, do those issues truly matter? The Enemy knows how to get under our skin, even during Sunday

mornings when we should be in complete fellowship with the Lord. We become broken by individuals who call themselves believers because their actions do not reflect those of the Lord, then too often we leave the promises of the Lord after we become hurt. If we let these small but significant situations define us, why even be a follower of Christ. John 10:10 states, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy;

In the midst of mourning over the two individuals that I shared with you earlier,
I have a new ambition for Christ. While each of them were young, it is sobering to think it could easily had been me who passed away. Thus, I am reminded to actively extend grace to those that I encounter on a daily basis, while trying to accomplish the great commission using each day purposely for the Kingdom of God.
Mathew 28:19-20 says: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
It is my prayer that you are encouraged and challenged. Feel free to contact me at [email protected] As always, stay faithful and remember that you are his beloved.
