A Power Couple:
Two People
Who Operate Under
the Covenant of God
Valentine's Day, Sweetest Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day are holidays we celebrate to honor those special people in our lives. Although I personally think that the retail industry has the most to gain from these holidays, I hope that those of you who acknowledge and celebrate them use those days to truly tell that special someone in your life just how much they mean to you, which brings me to the topic of this article. I remembered a male friend told me a few years ago that on Valentine's Day he has been happily married for more than sixteen years then and that he and his wife had never had a real falling out. He also informed me that his first marriage failed, because he married for all the wrong reasons. I asked him what his secret for success in his current marriage was, and he told me that sometimes it is just best to walk away. clue as to what they have in their midst. Marriage is so down played and like my friend's first marriage, many are entering into it for all of the wrong reasons. I am not going to harp on the negative things about marriage; instead, I want to exhort the wonderful things about marriage. Of course, there are many wonderful things about marriage, but for this article, I want to talk about one aspect.
"There is a powerful force that comes from this union which makes them almost invincible."
