Winter recreation abounds in Strathcona County with ice
skating, curling, and tobogganing. Enjoy cross-country ski
and snowshoe trails, lessons and/or rentals at Strathcona
Wilderness Centre. Public skating is available at 6 recreation
centres in Strathcona County. Enjoy watching an Alberta
Junior Hockey team; the Sherwood Park Crusaders, as they
take to the ice at the Sherwood Park Arena.
