As he strolled through the paddock area at Harrah ’ s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino recently , Rick Moore , general manager of racing , wore a satisfied smile while talking about preparations for the upcoming Breeders Crown , which the racetrack will host for the third time this fall .
“ I ’ m just so proud of this building ,” he said .
