New water saving device The Save Aqua portable handwashing station SaveAqua products are designed to promote personal hygiene and preserve water in locations where it is scarce. Using a SaveAqua tap, any available plastic container can be converted into an efficient water dispensing device. SaveAqua products are designed to assist with personal hygiene, washing dishes, or any other task where water conservation is important. SaveAqua taps are great for maintaining hygiene in the outdoors, including for use during sports team events, daycare and school field trips. Create your own washing station in places where built in water infrastructure is lacking to encourage hand washing in order to decrease the spread of germs. Click video to watch demonstration or visit www.saveaqua.com Garry Tibbo - The Truth Warrior One of the most interesting vendors at the expo was Garry Tibbo, “The Truth Warrior.” Tibbo speaks about how to eat in-sync with nature and how animals eat according to the seasons and only what is available growing within a one square mile radius. Tibbo was quoted as saying, “Animals don’t get cancer and they don’t carry around medical bags.” Honestly, he was one of the highlights of the expo and it was worth driving a couple of hundred miles just to hear him speak. Listen to our interview with him here Do the Amish have it right? If our way of life suddenly came to an end from economic collapse, an EMP attack, World War 3 or whatever it may be, how much of an impact would it have on our daily lives? One group of people’s lives would not change much: the Amish already live the way we would have to in the wake of these events and they do just fine. They live without electricity and don’t rely much on the outside world and western way of life. Maybe we have something to learn from the Amish. We will be looking for an Amish family to interview in the western New York and Pennsylvania Area. We will follow them around for the day and help work on their farm and publish the findings in an upcoming issue. If you know an Amish family who might be interested in being interviewed and having a story written about them, please contact us at: [email protected]
