8. Conclusions
Making your organisation or business more accesible means that
more customers can come through our door and use our services;
better Access means better business.
Access does not have to be expensive – reasonable adjustments
mean reasonable changes relative to the size and context of our
company. Changing our approach from ‘Do I have to…?’ to ‘What
can I do?’ will possibly make the biggest difference of all.
