joseph christian Talk about "Rock Steady". What does that mean to you? doc nuece Well Rocksteady is a movement me and a few very close friends started and its all about changing the world. I remember i said in an explanation of DRx and Rocksteady "To me it's kinda like a lifestyle u know and no matter what anyone expects of you or what u were born into , you can over come that with a lil bit of dreaming n the ambition to follow it through. To me it goes deeper than just a few words in a song n a title to go by. DRx is like what wakes me up n the morning and keeps me going at night it's better than any drug I've ever experienced because seeing ppl working together n uniting no matter race or creed or any indifference n feeding off of one another's energy for the same cause is golden. That's how we rocksteady we give back every chance we can whether it be a helping hand physically or words emotionally .. Idk it may be hard to follow but Like I said it's actions that speak louder than words and through actions hopefully the movement gets the recognition it deserves because it's bigger than me n my team it's about changing ppls minds n changing the world." its about giving back and showing love for eachother we use the term in an assortment of ways cuz its more of a lifestyle .Rappers talk about turning up n turning down but i just rocksteady haha. joseph christian How do you see Hip Hop today? How do you compare it to the old days? doc nuece Hip Hop today is very underground in my opinion ,because the stuff on the radio thats not hip hop to me .i mean give or take a few artist here and there. the real artists who are living it day by day ,and this is the difference between today n back in the day,they most likely wont see the bright lights n big cities,
they wont hit radio waves . Don't get me wrong in saying that some artist do break through and make it but now a days people would rather hear a bullshit song about a girl shakin her fat ass and how much money weezy got joseph christian Thank you for your time.
