revealed a broken hip. Whether it caused or resulted from the fall was not known.
Thereafter she spent much of her time resting in her comfortable second-story office
room. She looked backward through church history with interested listeners, and she
looked forward to seeing her Saviour at the resurrection.
Her last sermon preached, her last article written, Ellen White died July 16, 1915, at
87 years of age. As the decades pass, she remains a mighty role model for women who
are called by God to minister in His church and to evangelize among the unsaved.
