CHICKEN
Gallus gallus domesticus
Modern day avian dinosaurs, Chicken, like all birds are the closest living relatives of other Theropods like the T-Rex; Velociraptor and other carnivores.
Though they are not more related to extinct dinosaurs than any other bird; Chicken are the model to look at when comparing birds to non-avian dinosaurs as it still possesses clear scaly legs that look similar to that of a typical carnivorous dinosaur.
