raise the stakes." Horacio believes that, by pushing experts to improve upon the production of bespoke cars, the experts will create “timeless masterpieces that transcend mere fads and fashions.” This is why Pagani automobiles are considered bespoke: “there is no automation but people you can call by name, knowledge, and passion for working in the highest expression of our work, car after car.” Pagani Automobili is, effectively, an artisan workshop.

This is also why the client becomes a critical partner in the design. “Customers have at their disposal an almost unlimited range of configuration choices to be chosen both for the livery of the bodywork and for the interior of the cabin, as well as aerodynamic and mechanical upgrades.” What is important is that the team works directly with clients, listening to them and grasping “those elements that arouse authentic emotions while watching or driving our cars.” Long story short: the goal is to produce a car capable of transmitting emotion to its owner. This is why people at Pagani Automobili like to think of themselves as tailors who “sew cars around the client’s dreams.”

And the work does not stop at the initial sale. Pagani Automobili has created a special division, the Pagani Officina, to meet client needs. A component part of this division is the Unico Program, which was created precisely to meet client needs for updating or further customizing their car without limit – regardless of whether that involves bringing the automobile back to its original condition, introducing new aesthetics, or updating it to newer, state-of-the-art specifications. Such possibilities not only assure clients of the car’s performance but of its value.

Pagani Atelier

Pagani Atelier is where master craftsmen build unique, handcrafted creations. The architectural inspiration for the Pagani Atelier comes from the typical Italian “piazza,” the heart of community life, with a clock tower, arches, classic style streetlamps, and green spaces. The design of the workspace is intended to evoke Renaissance workshops where the goal is to create “works of design that embody cutting-edge advancements in timeless forms.” Equally as the Atelier name implies, artisan skill in fundamental to realizing the product as an emphasis is placed on quality over quantity. Production is artisanal and manual, and limited in quantity. There is no mass production.

Guests can closely observe master artisans at work on some of the world’s most exclusive hypercars, providing a captivating experience for collectors, sports car enthusiasts, students, and technology aficionados alike. Equally, visitors can visit the Pagani Museum which exhibits cars and materials produced across time.
