develop during their time in college. But there is no direct evidence to suggest a focus on efficiencies will diminish such.

However, as we have seen, there is plenty of evidence to suggest not paying attention to

what services are delivered and how well they are delivered will affect the health of the institution at large. Additionally, providing such services in a manner and mode that ensures not just quality but efficiency and effectiveness

may well build that sense of community being searched for, because it would convince parents and students that people were paying attention to their needs and wished to make efficient use of their moneys – something that has long been neglected but which would undoubtably produce a satisfied consumer and develop a loyal customer base who just might wish to engage with the institution across a lifetime of learning.
