Meta Struggles
According to the Financial Times ...
It has been almost a year since Mark Zuckerberg announced his $10bn pivot towards virtual reality, declaring: ‘We’re going to be metaverse first, not Facebook first’. But the push comes as the group’s market valuation has plummeted from $1tn to less than $400bn over the past 14 months. Meanwhile the company is struggling to impress creators who develop social experiences in the metaverse and who say it is low-quality and full of bugs.

Time Names Ukranian President Zelensky as "Person of the Year."
“Zelensky really galvanized the world in a way we haven’t seen in decades,” said Edward Felsenthal, Time’s editor in chief. The “spirit of Ukraine,” embodied by countless individuals inside and outside the country, was also named Person of the Year.
