Hello, welcome back to our latest edition of North Highland’s magazine ‘CIO2020’, written especially for CIOs. For many years, North Highland has prided itself on being “the friend of the CIO” and this vision still rings true today. In this magazine we bring you our latest thinking within the CIO space and spark a dialogue around this within our CIO community. My name is Ben Grinnell, Global CIO Services Lead for North Highland. I have spent the last 15 years helping CIOs build capability in their functions and improve their relationship with the business to ensure IT divisions can facilitate the business vision. This publication is compiled with articles from subject matter experts across the North Highland offices in the UK and US.
