ՀՖՀՀ-ն Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությունների կողմից հիմնադրված միջպետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություն է: ՀՖՀՀ-ում կրթությունն իրականացվում է Բակալավրիատում և Մագիստրատուրայում՝ իրավագիտության, մարքեթինգի, կառավարման և ֆինանսների ոլորտներում: 2018թ. սեպտեմբերից համալսարանում գործում է ինֆորմատիկա և կիրառական մաթեմատիկա ֆակուլտետը: Ժան Մուլեն Լիոն 3 համալսարանը ՀՖՀՀ հիմնական կրթական գործընկերն է, որի հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում ՀՖՀՀ ուսանողներին շնորհվում են Licence/Բակալավրի և Master/Մագիստրոսի ֆրանսիական և հայկական պետական դիպլոմներ: 4-րդ կուրսում լավագույն ուսանողները 7-շաբաթյա պրակտիկայի են մեկնում Ֆրանսիա և արտերկիր:
Համալսարան ընդունվելիս ֆրանսերեն լեզվի իմացությունը պարտադիր չէ: 2016 թվականին ՀՖՀՀ-ն ներդրեց ասպիրանտական ծրագիր: Համալսարանի շրջանավարտների ավելի քան 80 տոկոսն աշխատում են Հայաստանում՝ իրենց մասնագիտությանը համարժեք աշխատատեղերում:
UFAR awards its graduates double degrees, recognized both by Armenia and France: Armenian « Bakalavr »/ « Magistros » and French Licence/Master state diplomas. UFAR uses Armenian and French as languages of instruction and currently offers 5 Bachelor’s degree programs in Marketing, Management, Finance, Law, Informatics and Applied Mathematics as well as 3 Master’s degree programs in International Business Law, Finance/Audit, and Marketing. Since 2016 research have formed an inseparable part of the academic process of the UFAR.
French is not mandatory at entry to baccalaureate. 7 week internships in the fourth year of study are organized in Armenia and France for the best students. UFAR enjoys a high rate of graduate employment, which comprised more than 80% in 2016.
