Anix is a web based visual voice and messaging assistant which makes customer service/sales experience better. She decreases the customer’s reliance on agents, and speeds up the problem solving time, while also having a more natural conversation with customers.
ANIX supports audio and messaging channels simultaneously and serves as a virtual avatar for real agents. This means that real agents using the microphone can directly to talk with customers through website, using contextual facial expressions and emotions of Anix during the conversation.
It’s also a self-training cognitive system tied into Artificial Intelligence that continuously expands its knowledge base and aims to handle frequently asked questions automatically.
