WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
STEP 1: FREE CONSULTATION WITH OUR DIGITAL SERVICES SPECIALIST
We will sit down with you and discuss your project in detail to find out exactly what services you need. We can meet with you at your place of business or you can stop in to one of our offices( Winsted, Delano, Cokato). If you prefer, we can certainly schedule a conference call to go over the details if that works best for you. Once we have all of the necessary information, we will schedule a follow-up phone call or meeting and then move on to Step 2.
STEP 2: THE DIGITAL SERVICES PROPOSAL
After the consultation meeting, we will take the information that we gathered to put together a Digital Services Proposal. This will outline the services that were discussed, along with the cost for each of the services we are proposing. As soon as we have the proposal put together, we will send it to you for review and we will go through the proposal either in a follow-up meeting or phone call. If you have any questions regarding the proposal, we definitely want to get those addressed and answered for you.
If, after the follow-up conversation there are edits that need to be made to the proposal, we will make those adjustments and send a revised proposal to you. Once everything is approved by you we will move on to Step 3.
STEP 3: WE TAKE CARE OF THE REST!
Once we have your approval of the Digital Services Proposal, we will begin fulfillment of the services agreed upon. We will be in close communication with you throughout the process and give you estimated time frames for each of the services being fulfilled. When a service has been completed, it will be sent to you for review and any necessary edits will be made until you have approved the final product or service.
FOLLOWING COMPLETION: WE WILL BE AVAILABLE IF YOU NEED US!
