Las 40 U Una Mesas gala , an event in which luxury and creativity come together with philanthropy , was held in Puerto Rico in October to benefit the Fundación Pro-Ayuda de Puerto Rico . Wilfredo ’ s table was inspired by the glamour and opulence used by his designer friend ’ s most recent dress collection , with hundreds of fresh orchids , roses and hydrangeas . “ After so many years of being away , it was great to return and see the progress of the beautiful places of my childhood in Puerto Rico ,” says Wilfredo Emanuel .
