Farm & Artisan Cheese Producer visit ( Science , Maths & Food ) 23 rd September 2019
The first day of the Erasmus science trip in Ireland was partly devoted to visiting a cheese farm - Killorglin Farmhouse cheese . The Erasmus participants from Sweden , Poland , Reunion Island , Macedonia and Ireland got to see the whole process of how the milk was produced and used to make cheese of it . Considering that , the participants got to taste the difference between six weeks old and three months old cheese . As you can predict in the following pictures .
